“This is- Unfortunate.” He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose lightly. “I’m- Human. Completely human. And- hungry.” He blinked, lowering his hand. “I- I don’t think-” He tried, “I do believe I’ve lost most of my- No, all of my abilities. No, really; I’m completely and utterly human.”
“Human. Well the creator is one of his creations now. This is strange. Can’t imagine how it is for you. Unpleasant?”. There was true concern held in her voice. Of course if he needed, she would help him out.

“Who are you? What are you?” Stella spoke coldly, almost ordering answers. “Oh and who are you working for if anyone? No point in lying either. It won’t help”. Underneath the harsh tone there was a softness. It showed, if it was thought about, that this was mere procedure. To keep safe. To stay alive.
“Oh yeah, I can definitely see how this is painful for you” Stella sarcastically retorted. Fair enough for those being torn apart by these hounds. For the hounds themselves though, she couldn’t see any reason why it should hurt them. Unless the person lashed out of course. “So what do these people make deals for?”
Nyx let out a low growl. He may be low man on the totem pole, but he was a beast of hell and felt he should be respected on some level.
“They can make deals for anything. Fame, fortune, to save the life of a loved one, take their place in a way. Anything they could want, if they can summon up a crossroads demon, they can have it.”
The growl prompted her to stand taller. To show that she wasn’t intimidated by him. Even if that was a lie. “Tempting. None of them are really… me. Well it depends on who the person I was dying for was. People really sell their souls to be famous though?”. Fair enough that would be nice for some. But to go to such lengths, to make a deal for ten years then to be dragged to Hell? Didn’t seem worth it.
“More people. Or… whatever you are. Speaking of which, to who do I owe the pleasure?”. Her voice was dry, giving it slight sarcasm.
“You first sugar.”
Although she remained skeptical, the woman decided to answer. “Stella. Now how about you?”
Meg gave her a small grin. “I’m Meg, nice to meet you sweetheart.”
Stella gave the other woman a glare at being called sweetheart. “Nice to meet you too Meg. What are you doing around here?”

Morgana looked up from her desk as she saw a customer step inside and she smiled warmly, standing to greet her. “Hello, miss. How may I help?”
Bookshops always felt a bit like a second home. Just because she killed for a living didn’t mean she couldn’t relax with a good book. “I’m just going to have a look around thanks. I’ve never been here… is it new?” Stella asked civilly

((Anyone have any character building questions for me? I really need to work on RPing as Stella and they would really help. Thank you.
On a different topic; Starters will be made soon for new followers. Hello to you. Sorry for the wait - Mun))

Although she remained skeptical, the woman decided to answer. “Stella. Now how about you?”

“Only if you want to be slapped” Stella replied in a deadly serious tone. Somehow, though, she doubted this threat would stop him calling her Princess. Best to just move on. Try to ignore it if he did. “Nice to meet you Valentin. My actual name is Stella”
“Nice to meet ya too, Stella.” Valentin grinned, scratching at the back of his head casually. “I think I’m still gonna call ya Princess. It’s not meant to be an insult, but it just fits. Ya are so pretty and young, after all.”

Just as she had expected. There was the nickname again. “Flattery gets you nowhere, especially with me” Stella replied coolly. Even if it wasn’t the intention he may as well know. “So what you doing around here?”
Her narrowed gaze studied the hound’s face. “Times up? I doubt you mean when you die of natural causes”. Whether Stella really wanted to know or not, she wasn’t sure. But allowed time for an explanation anyway.
“Well aren’t you a bright one?” Nyx cracked his neck. “I mean, after you make a deal with a demon, you have X amount of years to live..usually 10, after that, me and my brothers and sisters come and drag your soul to hell.” He shrugged. “Painful really for all parties involved.”
“Oh yeah, I can definitely see how this is painful for you” Stella sarcastically retorted. Fair enough for those being torn apart by these hounds.
